Although all of our lamps are guaranteed to work and are guaranteed to arrive safely at your home, in the RARE case that anything electrical goes wrong, short outs and/or fires will NOT be the responsibility of Christopher Kent or anyone involved in this site. In the case of a fire or a short out I will be able to replace the electric work as long as it is within 30 days. I will NOT, however, be held responsible for damage to any other household items.
Any unusual heat produced from the lamp should be reported immediately to me and I will be able to replace your lamp or give you a full refund (shipping and handling not included, see return policy for more details).
