RETURN POLICY
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact me via e-mail to discuss a refund/exchange.
I will allow a REFUND (no shipping and handling refunded), within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges made due to defective products, will be made. Exchanges due to style preferences will not.
If your lamp ARRIVES BROKEN you must contact me within 3 business days to report it broken. You must send the item back and I will ship you a replacement within 30 days at no shipping cost.
